What makes an industrial or warehouse access ladder different from a basic one?

The environment. A high-bay warehouse adds forklift knocks and dust; a power-plant deck adds heat and wash-down. We answer with steel grade and coating — Q235B galvanized to ~85 µm indoors, SS304 or SS316 in wash-down bays — and with serrated rungs for grip. The climb geometry still follows OSHA 1910.23 or EN ISO 14122-4.

Do you build industrial fixed ladders to OSHA or EN ISO?

Both. US-bound work is built to OSHA 1910.23 and European work to EN ISO 14122-4, and we note the governing clause on the shop drawing. EN ISO 14122-4 holds the rung point load at 1.5 kN and keeps cage hoops within 1.5 m; OSHA sets its own cage and fall-arrest triggers.

Can you supply material and load-test documentation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every order ships with material certificates, weld reports, and load-test data from our ISO 9001:2015 plant. SGS, TÜV or Bureau Veritas third-party inspection is available on request, and we welcome factory audits.

What is the lead time for a multi-site industrial order?

Accepted Answer

It depends on steel grade, quantity, and how many rest platforms the runs need. Send the climb heights and the governing standard and we return a stamped drawing with factory-direct pricing, usually within one working day.
